Even though it's been a long time since the original, the show feels incredibly authentic

Well what can I say?Having watched the first episode of this prequel to Dexter, I am absolutely blown away.

From the opening title sequence to the younger versions of the characters, their mannerisms and personalities are spot on

It's a faithful recreation of the original's essence and hopefully serves as a strong build-up to Dexter: Resurrections.

Not my place to say where it could have been improved

Fans of the series are in for a treat!If you're a film junkie like myself then you'll appreciate the time and effort that Clyde Phillips and everyone else put in to make this happen.I enjoyed it.
